Customer service is great! The bag arrived with a few scuffs on the flap but they responded promptly when I flagged the issue and worked with me to resolve it. The bag designs are very stylish so would likely buy again.

Bought two bags. Le Dino in black and the giani burgundy baguettte. Received the Dino today. Beautiful bag, beautiful solid hardware . Love it. Has a faint smell. Not sure if it is chemical or leather . But the bag is anbsolutely fantastic 🥰 Awaiting my burgundy baguette.
Minor issues are 1) packaging was subpar .2) Even though I bought two bags in the space of a week no rewards for loyalty. Only reason that I am delaying buying the Gina in taupe from them. I would think a small business would pay close attention and try to retain its loyal customers.

I am very happy with my bag. I’ve been eyeing the Le Gina bag for a long time. Then it came with a limited edition burgundy color. The delivery was fast (from France to Belgium) and the quality of the leather is superb! It feels very luxurious. The reasons why I didn’t put 5 stars are the following: 1) the hardware doesn’t feel as good. I have bags from Polène and their hardwares feel superior. 2) the packaging didn’t feel great at all. The box was ‘meh’. I didn’t get that luxury feeling when opening the package. Again, I will be comparing it to Poléne since they have around the same price range, the box from Poléne is a very nice touch. This is the first time I ordered from Léo et Violette, and while I was indeed satisfied with the product, I’m sure the shop can make some improvements on the issues I mentioned to make their customers even happier! 😊

I am very, very happy with my purchase! I don't like visible branding and it is very hard to find high quality leather without logos all over it. This is a bag I know I will enjoy for many years and maybe even pass on to a daughter one day. It is so classic, timeless, perfect balance of function and beauty. Customer service also excellent. The delivery speed is fast, and there are real-time emails informing about the progress, which is very reassuring. The actual quality of the received bag is also very good, and it is the same size as expected. I would like to continue purchasing other styles of bags in the future~~

This shop was a *must* on my shopping list for Paris as the color of the bag I wanted was just too perfect here. I walked in and another client was shopping for the same bag. We spoke while we tried on different various the bag, shared some giggles, and ultimately I left with exactly the bag I’d come for.
The gentleman was available when needed, gave space when appropriate, and knowledgeable. He was patient when I needed VAT forms and made sure I had what I needed (even when I wasn’t positive what that was). What a lovely company, product, and salesperson. As someone who’s been employed in high end retail for many years I am impressed at every turn. Thank you for making my “cool Parisian bag”, the experience I’d hoped it would be.

I originally ordered the bag with a long crossbody strap. Upon delivery I realized that I should have ordered the short strap as well. There is also a section of text on the site that you can click on to add it. I overlooked this.

The employee also explained this to me via chat contact and immediately ordered the short strap. Now my purchase is complete and I got everything I wanted.

Please note that the long crossbody strap is shorter for the average height of Dutch women. I'm going to have a few more holes made. The holes themselves are sufficient if you want to wear the bag a little higher crossbody.

I had fantastic experience in this store. I fell in love with Le Petit Primo bag when I saw and tried it. The reception was excellent by Mr. François Julia (the Store Manager). I and my husband visited the store on July 27th shortly before Louvre Museum. He even offered to delivered the bag that I purchased to our hotel since it is very inconvenient to bring it to the museum. I hope all the success in the future for Leoetviolette and team.

I bought one mini and one regular Dalia and they are absolutely beautiful and of high quality craftsmanship. The colours and style of the Dalia are versatile and very much reminiscent of the Parisian chic. They are also very light bags even with both the long and short strap attached.
The initial shipping dates were a little bit delayed, but I was kept informed and any questions I had were answered timely and in a helpful manner. The final shipping and delivery was quick and smooth.

Lovely designs and very nice leather. I bought the Gina but it was not as soft and squishy as described, rather it was quite a structured bag. The lining was described as suede but was actually a sueded cotton lining, not leather. I really liked that there were two straps of different lengths delivered with the bag although I thought they were a little flimsy. I liked the pockets and the size, but I was looking for a more squishy bag so I returned it. As I live in the UK I had to pay for the delivery to return it, which I was informed about on the website, and I was well assisted by Leo in returning it. Good customer service

The bag was nicely packed, they even added an extra tote fabrics bag. The communication went well, it lasted a big long (approx 1 month) but that was already announced so no big issues on this topic. The reason I am giveing average score is due to the bag cordon size (I ordered both the long and the short one) but actually the long one is not enough to be wearied “en bandouliere” if you are not very petite/ small size woman. It you measure more than 1,7 m and wear size L, the cordon is really not long enough.
Then the 2nd reason I am giving only 3 stars is due to the bag itself: it does not help if the inside of the bag gets a bit expendable space if the actual flap will not close anymore. So a bit more work is needed on the design functionality.

So far so good, I love the color it’s quite rare blue demin liege, great nova, size is great the only nag I have is the hardness of the leather both the strap and the actual bag, it’s very durable, hope in time it will soften somewhat a little but otherwise all good.. thank you!

I bought my bag from the shop in Paris. The whole experience was amazing! There were other customers in the shop when I first went in, but a staff came to my assistance immediately when they are done helping them. I was trying to imagine putting my macbook in the bag I wanted to get, and the lady immediately went into the office to lend me her macbook of the same size to try putting it in the bag. Amazing service, very nice designs and high quality leather+craftsmanship. Would love to go back and get some other bags!
