As we work through the backlog of orders, please be reminded that we’ll continue to follow strict health, hygiene, and safety protocols at the distillery to ensure your parcel reaches you as safely as possible.

What you can expect as we move into level 3 is a dedication to deliver all orders made during lockdown levels 4 and 5 as soon as possible. We are experiencing an estimated ten working day backlog, and the couriers are also inundated with deliveries. All orders that we have received during level 5 and 4 of lockdown has created a delay in our warehouse. As we are only allowed to handle, prepare and pack these now for delivery, please be aware that there will be a delivery delay. But fear not, your parcel will reach you.

Orders placed early in lockdown (March and mid-April) will be shipped first. If you have requested an address change, please allow an extra couple of days for delivery. All new orders are currently delayed by up to two weeks. Please bear with us as we work through this backlog as quickly as possible. We’d be grateful for any patience you can spare.

Bottle Change {Limited Time Only}

Same same, but different.

Our bottles might be looking a bit shorter and wider than usual (I mean, lockdown lyfie, anyone? 🤫🙈). But it’s all good! Both bottles are 750ml, and the contents of the bottle taste exactly the same.

Due to the current high volume of orders and a slight delay in receiving our usual ‘distiller’ bottle, we had to source a substitute bottle. We’ll use this bottle for a limited time so that no order gets left behind! We call him the brother from another mother. He’s family; you’ll like him.

We’re expecting the original bottles in June 2020. Thanks for understanding!
